Bjelovar Center for Civil Society Development (BCRCD) on Monday 02.11.2020. signed the Agreement on the allocation of grants for the EU project Incubator of ideas worth almost two million kunas, which initiates a unique concept of revitalization of publicly owned spaces. The city of Bjelovar, a partner in the project, is ceding almost 200 m2 of space to the Ministry of Defense to BCRCD for a period of two years.
