Although challenging and difficult in many segments of social and business life, this year was very successful for the Bjelovar Center for the Development of Civil Society and partner companies Moira Laheza and Ured 4 You.

We have started the implementation of four new EU projects, within which five new employees have been employed, and now there are 11 of us in the collective. Our team consists of creative employees dedicated to their work, so we have no doubt that these projects will also be successfully implemented.

The Bjelovar Center for the Development of Civil Society is implementing a project within the framework of which a community center, the Incubator of Ideas, will be opened in Bjelovar, where, among other things, coworking space, and numerous social events and educations on various topics will take place. In addition, the My Time project is being implemented, which is intended for pensioners from the area of ​​Bjelovar-Bilogora County, and as part of which numerous activities for pensioners will be held, such as Nordic walking, darts, playing board games and various others.

The company Ured 4 You implements the Food 4 You project, which is based on social-entrepreneurial principles, and in which the restaurant "Ura" will be opened in Bjelovar at Vladimira Nazora 22. In addition to daily meals, the restaurant will also offer the possibility of delivery and catering.

Moira Laheza company will open a production facility for meat processing and mini cheese, and its operations are also based on the principles of social entrepreneurship. In this project, the first social-entrepreneurial incubator in Croatia will be opened, and top products of exceptional quality will be available to those interested via web shop.

In 2021, we will continue working and implementing projects and we are convinced of their success. Thank you to everyone who follows and supports our work, we look forward to cooperation in the next year as well!
