Great news keeps coming to the BCRCD office. Today, a decision was received on the financing of a new EU project in the amount of HRK 1,595,364.06, the holder of which is BCRCD.

It is based on the Decision made by the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy as the 1st level Management Body in the process of selecting projects within the framework of the open permanent Call for Grants "Join - Active in Retirement" - Strengthening the capacity of the civil organization society for improving the possibility of active participation and social inclusion of retirees" (UP.04.2.1.09).

The new BCRCD project, "My Time", will be implemented in cooperation with the Bjelovar-Bilogora County, the Bjelovar Home for the Elderly, the Association for the Promotion of Customs of the Bilogora Region - Kremen, the "Satisfied Woman" Association and the city of Daruvar.

The project will strengthen the implementation capacities of CSOs for implementing active aging programs and increasing the quality of life by a minimum of 250
pensioners from the area of ​​BBŽ. They will design and continuously conduct social, cultural, creative, sports and informative workshops through the project
workshops on health for the elderly, program of intergenerational cooperation, encourage volunteerism. By organizing a project campaign, awareness will be raised
wider public and CSOs about the importance of active aging and social inclusion of retirees.
